The Fire
Lapis was sure of very little in her life, and as she got closer and closer to the new country that list of things dwindled. She knew for certain that it would be terrible. She knew for certain that they would be treated worse than they were in their home country. What she did not know was the extent of the treatment, and how far this new country would be willing to go.
