Hitchhiking 101
Fuck. He got out of his car. The sky was spaced grey, the wind was strong, and the drizzle dropping on my face was extremely irritating. Only five houses were rising from the hills. The lights were off. A complete ghost town. A ghost village. Wait. Just five fucking houses, far away from any civilisation.

Dishwasher
I fill up the dishwasher, place a capsule inside and press ‘Start’. It takes around an hour and a half to get rid of all the stains and bacteria. The plates, pans, mugs, glasses all come out clean and almost like new. Sometimes the water pressure chips a piece of a plate or scratches a glass, but the chance it happens is small, and the odds are definitely worth it. When I think about it, I wish I could get inside and let the water wash off all the worries, anxiety and thoughts, leaving me pure and clean like a newborn baby.

The Need For an Adventure Will Get Me Killed
I find myself following him. After passing a red-marked tree, he takes a sharp left and stops. There is an old-looking small caravan standing behind a rusty short fence not that far from the campsite. Hidden in the corner of a forest, visible only as a result of the moonlight shining through the branches. Creepy. Dark.

Citalopram and I
True Story I was sitting in the waiting room with a teenage boy. He didn’t look at me, he was staring at his feet, tapping fingers on his skinny thighs. I don’t remember his face, but I can still picture the weird, black cartoon ACDC T-shirt he was wearing. He reminded me of my brother, a sad metalhead whom no one understood.
