If you’ve ever heard about being unlucky, then the case of Tomasz Komanda is a typical story. This is Tomasz Komanda. The young man was sentenced to 25 years in prison for the murder and rape of a 15-year-old girl that was returning from a party in Milocyz, Poland. D you know the sad thing about it? He wasn’t the one that committed the crime. He was found guilty of a crime he did not commit. After 18 years, someone noticed the error in the case and decided to let him go.
