Introduction
The real definition of weight loss is a journey, not a destination. To most of us, reaching a healthier weight is a result expected from the goals calling for much dedication, effort, and patience. I began this journey six months ago, and now my body and life are totally different. I would like to share some of the important strategies and tips that helped me along the way in this blog.
