Changing the Conversation

Sitting in my bed binging on whatever movie channel subscription I could find and hiding from life for 2 days I decided "I'm Done". The next thought was, what does "I'm done actually mean?". It was a dark time in my mind. For the past 60 days I had a string of bad luck. When I thought what could possibly go wrong next, something completely unexpected would happen. Every area that I thought was in my control I learned was not. I've lived through hell before but this was a different feeling. What is my mind telling me when it summarized my thoughts in the statement of "I'm Done".
