2020 was a rough year for most, from riots to pandemics. From battling oppression and adversity, to battering each other just to have a fresh square to "un-soil" yourself in times of need. Everyone had an opinion as to how we should all carry ourselves in the midst of such a shortage, "one roll per family", "one packet per household" and so on... The phrase comes to mind "opinions are like arseholes, we've all got one!" ironically in this case both of those aspects would contribute to the problem.
