IIm a single mother of 4 girls whos been writing poetry every since I was 9 years old. I love to write about things people can relate to and my life experiences. All my poetry comes from experiences in my life an the life of others.

Club Drink
Waking up in the dark, dazed and confused. In a room of emptiness, sadness and bad news. My clothes are torn and ripped apart with blood dripping from my face.

God's Work
At 13 years old my mom turned her back on me, she put me out her home and took away my key. She told me to leave with only the clothes on my back, she said she didnt care where I ended up at.

Hidden Happiness
He's smart and handsome with a college degree, he's gentle and affectionate with a strong spiritual belief. He loves to have fun with me and trying new things, he gives me butterflies all in my stomach and makes my heart sing.

Painful Love
The first three years for us was complete and total bliss, butterflies in my stomach and love filled every kiss. Later on down the line everything began to change, instead of giving me love for life you started giving me pain.
