2037: Doomsday
Prologue The year was 2037, mass chaos spread across the world as epidemics wiped out the nations. Government’s took control by dominating the human population; natural disasters spread across the land drowning the coasts and burning what was left of the land. The death rate was 2:1, bodies dropped like flies as the world turned on all living things. Doomsday had begun.

Pioneer of the Zodiac
Fond of stars, I have always believed deeply in the Universe. For, this is the way, and thus has been for billions of years, and billions more to come. Of course, it’s not all about our Star sign that makes us who we are. We have all the planets controlling our thoughts and motives. Many people make fun, saying, “Astrology is just a false gimmick,” but don’t bother giving it the time of day, they don’t care to indulge in the truths of what their birth charts may hold, which I guarantee they would find more reality behind it, behind the expanse of the ever-knowing cosmos and the scientific value that the stars hold. Most nay-sayers don’t even know what a birth chart entails, they’d rather be ignorant to the facts or blame it on some “witch magic”. I wish they would open their minds to the possibilities, but I understand how it can be misleading, taunting,

Shambhala
I know a place where we can frolic like elves in an open field of wonders, where we can dance like the faeries in the warmth of our evening gowns when the heat turns to dew. I know a place where the woodland creatures come out to play in the midst of the night, and mermaids glisten in the rays of the day. Where giants roam the grounds on stilts, bees buzz in mystical gardens of colors, and butterflies flutter around the free-thinking spirits who lay napping under the Wishing Tree. I know a place where you can find hidden doors, that lead to abandoned, un-melodious pianos where the goblins perch by the "Poe-tree", dazzling with poems galore, and touched by the energy of all the joyful walker-by’s. I know a place where you're free to be yourself and be who you want to be, real or not, and no one could nor would bat an eye; a place so beyond this realm its hard to believe it’s existence is among this world. I know a place we can escape, a place we can all call home.

Bring on the Apocalypse
When the novel corona virus hit the planet with its unfortunate stature, I couldn’t help but to feel a bantam of guilt. For years, I’ve been praying for an apocalypse, or rather, a sickness to wipe out this disastrous human race. It may be axiomatic to the people who have known and understand my ghoulish mind, but I am slightly obsessed with the idea of conveying a “Mad Max” or “Dawn of the Dead” type of world. Since the dawn of this apocalyptic plague, I’ve been on a binge with all the zombie shows out there. It has gone as far as watching the “The Walking Dead” (a thriller, drama created by Frank Darabont and Angela Kang in 2010) on repeat for damn near 10 months.

Selfless
In a world so cold, its rare to see good deeds being done anymore. Everyday I witness the brutality of selfishness and greed. Everyday I witness someone saying, "why would you do that for them?". I try to keep an open mind, maybe they were never taught selflessness, or perhaps they were never taught love, for that matter. I try to understand their point of view and that, of someone who does a good deed. Usually it's just in one's nature to help one another. Oh, how I love people who are naturally selfless.

Cancerous Rage
When I was young, life was so simple. People remembered your name and walked around seamlessly, with no effort. We would laugh and cry over happy memories, jokes and current events. Our only worries were about the carnivals of tomorrow, the rainy day activities, and the “Did you see that?” talks on our family walks in the trees. Our family walks in the trees. When I was young, people around me didn’t drop like flies from this, this cancerous rage.
