Hi, my name is Keiten Day. I am currently in college studying to be a psychiatric nurse practitioner and currently work as a caregiver. I take a lot of pride in the things i do and accomplish and can't wait to share more with you!!!!

Ask For Help.
It doesn't matter what you are going through, you just need to always remember that there is at least one person that is always going to hear you out. Whether you struggle with mental illness, family issues, drug abuse, alcoholism, marriage struggles...there will always be someone there you can go to. I know this because i was in this position once.
