The Political System of The United Kingdom United Kingdom is today, and has been for some time, one of the world’s major powers. It was a superpower and a colonial empire. United Kingdom is made up of four nations- England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. The UK is a parliamentary democracy. It operates within a constitutional monarchy. The Monarch is the head of State, the Prime Minister is the political leader of the United Kingdom and leads the government. The government is made up of the House of Commons and the House of Lords and headed by the Prime Minister.

Overcoming Conflicts Conflict is an inevitable part of human interactions and relationships, whether it be on a personal, professional, or societal level. Throughout our lives, we are bound to encounter moments of disagreement, misunderstanding, and discord that can test our patience, resilience, and ability to find common ground. In my own experience of overcoming conflict, I have faced numerous challenges that have taught me valuable lessons about communication, empathy, and problem-solving.
