Imagination Aspiration
You feel yourself drifting, Off to sleep. On your very own... Boat of dreams. Then before you, There stands a tree Full of ember leaves, It makes you smile, For you haven't seen, It in a while. You feel the weights of Aspiration, Slowly pulling out the lids of your eyes, While your mind begins to sing sweet lies, Of fantasies incarnation.

Hello, Mirror
"The mirror showed a reflection that wasn't my own." Elvira whispered. Princess Moremi looked at the mirror her sister described earlier as dusty, rusted and shattered. Though the mirror she gazed at now was perfectly in tact. There was no damage to it's glass, the beautiful silver dragons encasing the mirror were un-rusted and the edges of the mirror looked more polished than dusty. Elvira's long black hair and bright blue eyes reflected back at her, same as Moremi's long silver hair and gold eyes reflected back at her with no marks, no error, no broken glass and last of all lacking any conscious that would imply the reflections were more than a reflection.

The Mineral Myth
Authors Forward This story is one of two, created as a challenge between Mother and Daughter. In honor of the Vocal Challenges, we decided to give ourselves challenges too, and use prompts to guide each other in our writing! It would be greatly appreciated if our readers would subscribe and leave a comment! I always subscribe back to those who leave a comment because then I can see them!
