Just another night
Nobody can hear a scream in the vacuum of space, or so they say. But what if the vacuum of space itself were somebody? What if space itself was nothing more than one colossal entity? What if we were the germs of a reality larger than anything our mortal minds can comprehend? Ray pondered as he took another deep pull from his tankard of Sicatolith “hive nectar”; a very popular sweet and intoxicating drink in this sector.

The Shipment
It was the chatter that first awoke me. The last thing I remembered was coming home from foraging in the forest near my home, my community. I was just about to enter the house when suddenly my face was covered by a sweet- smelling odor and my conscious began to fade. As I slowly regained conscious, I heard the chugging of a train all around me. As my eyes began to focus on my surroundings I noticed I was inside a moving, metal room. I had occasionally seen trains when I would sneak past the boundary lines set up by my community. But from what I actually knew of trains, I can only assume that I was indeed inside one of the cars. But what I did not understand was why was I in long clothing that fully covered me. I think I once heard someone call it a Burqa, or some such name. And why was I bound and in a cage without any recollection of even getting put into this predicament?

Lumi's Tale
‘It was a long time ago…the year was 2045 and I was a bitter man. I had grown weary of my wife and I had had enough of her excuses as to why she would never be intimate with me. It was as though I had married a fake; that I was nothing more than a mediocre goal for her just to say and brag that she was married.

Strangers
Chapter 2 Strangers The light from the morning sun roused Catalina from her slumber first. Painfully she opened her eyes wincing as the morning light stung them, but the trial was worth it. She was happy to awake next to ‘her’ little bookworm clinging ever so sweetly to her. Catalina could not help but to gaze lovingly at the sleeping Lily and caress her soft face.

An Albino's Grief
Chapter 1 An Albino’s Greif The night breeze was welcoming upon the petite girl's face as she sat in a balcony gazing at the waning moon hovering in the night sky above the city of Feywing, a metropolis where many came to learn at the Feywing Academy of Magical Arts. Even when night fell, the metropolis was still bustling in the moonlight. Gently, she pushed up her spectacles, which had begun to slide off her nose; the night breeze tugging on her thigh-length skirt. Every night she enjoyed the view over the metropolis with a book before slinking off to her dorm room, where she usually dealt with her roommate’s scandalous greetings. A sigh came from her as she pondered how Catalina would rile her up this time, whether she deliberately meant to or not.
