Past Life Regression
I had an intense regression session earlier this year where I learned I had been executed for harlotry by my husband. The year was around 1827. These poems came out of that regression and spontaneous regressions after that. Two poems are from my point of view; and two are from the male lover's point of view.

What is Kundalini Awakening
This article is being written from the perspective of how Kundalini Awakening affects Split Souls (aka as Twin Flames). I am blessed with two spirit guides who have presented themselves to me as St. Paul and St. Anthony, and they have made it abundantly clear that the “powers that be” do NOT like the term Twin Flames. They feel it is a poor depiction of this sacred union and has become a marketing and cult tool. It is your choice whether to use this term or not.

Cord Cutting
PLEASE NOTE: Although this is an effective ritual, DO NOT attempt to do a cord cutting on someone if you even remotely suspect that they are your SPLIT SOUL or TWIN FLAME. You can cause serious damage to both yourself and your loved one. They are you and you are they. That is why I always say this as a last resort. IF YOU EVEN suspect they fall into this category, do not do this with them!
