The Lord's Prayer
Someone asked me why Catholics, when saying the Our Lord’s Prayer in their private prayers, stop at “deliver us from evil”, while Protestants, on the other hand, end with “For thine is the kingdom, and the power, and the glory, forever. Amen.”

Human Decency
We constantly hear, "we just need human decency." But we fail to see that human decency is a contradiction in terms and negates itself the minute you say it. Human nature is ego-driven toward satisfying self and satisfying self-importance. Our current president is a powerful example of an unhealed ego. To be human, is to be full of ego.
