Never Ending, Never standing Still
It is Venice Italy, a city of thousands, filled with love and culture. A culture filled with love and honor. A city now burdened with sadness because of Estella Lenore. A woman who sought to paint like the greats, but now seeks answers and is burdened with guilt and shame.

In and Out
There are five of us in the living room. Mother, Pop, Jordan, the dog, and myself. Mother falls right asleep leaving the rest of us to our own worlds. My brother rocks back forth watching heavy metal music covers, my father escapes reality by putting on his soundproof wireless headphones watching God knows what. The half-blind dog sits there looking at me and everyone else and then back at me expecting me to do something, or waiting for me to get it food. But I sit there on my recliner; alone, tired, and filled with exhaustion. Not the type of exhaustion where you had a full day of work and just feel like spreading your arms and legs, but the mental type. The type where you feel like you just need to die. Yeah, Die.

Purgatory
"I am lost. I am afraid. I am trapped in a void of darkness, roaming till no end, bumping into walls that are not there. Endlessly running from fate, from judgment. Running from the two who put me here. I have always cast my fate into the wind, but here there is no wind, no air. When you die, I was told that you no longer feel pain, but here in this endless void of a jail cell, pain is the only thing I know. I die every day, expecting to learn something, but the ending is all the same. The two men who killed me waste no time to do it again endlessly,with no mercy. The pain I feel is numb. Numbness confines my whole body. Leaving me to replay the events that lead me here."

A Night Under A Thousand Stars
You I remember when I was alone and cold. Especially in freshman year of college, you were there across the hall from me, wearing your baggy sweats, with your imperfectly perfect bangs, complimenting your beanie. There you were, listening to that song, KANON. The way the chords complimented each other, how peace transformed into thunderous harmony. Every key turned into you. The look you gave me. The look you saw from me. Was it the same look? I don’t know. I remember how the song complimented your blue eyes, how it rushed and flowed like the ocean, never ending, never standing still. How can one possess the power of the ocean? How can one like this exist? How beautiful, how tranquil, how never ending...
