Margo It killed Philip “Philly” Watson how little passerbys talked about headphones. Like umbilical scars or nipples, everyone had headphones in their possession. You weren’t likely to leave the house without a pair stuffed into your front pocket (speaking about headphones, of course: leaving home without your wobbly milk plugs would be plain obscene); headphones were holy totems, after all, something a creature like Philly wouldn't have to mention.
