The cabin in the woods had been abandoned for years, but one night, a candle burned in the window. The small flame danced against the glass, seeming to offer a sense of safety and warmth. That was at least how it appeared to her. A young girl, around 8 years old with long jet black hair, tied back into a ponytail, which flared out behind her as she ran.
