Zurich
The shippingyard was overgrown, dank with the smell of a recent rain washing partial trash and rusty metal. The light drizzle from the darkness could be seen from the distant high beam lights. Zurich had managed to get the group out of danger from the officer who gave chase in the city, but he could feel his power running low in his legs and Hansel, the verbally challenged construction android, had kept reciting his default phrases 'I don't think it's safe' and 'Let's ge it done!' incessantly. Oelia, his partner, was trying hurredly to find a way to calm him down.

Devileers
What are Devileers you may ask? Devileers, in the most basic terms, are monster hunters. More over, they deal with beasts, magics, and other arcane nuisances that may present a blight on mankind. In the earlier years of the continent, groups of religious foreigners and protectors of kings had formed guilds that, although dissimilar in purpose, had similar function. These two major groups were the Collegiate of the Angels (religious acolytes) and the knights errant.

Hanaro's Library
In a forest just outside of Vexenburg, a creature gracefully leaps and bounds from the trunks of the trees. The night sky barely visible from the floor, the shade of the creature wisped quickly, quaking the leaves above. It hoisted it’s prize in it’s mouth, grasping it gently between it’s teeth. A raspy call came from the distance and the creature slowed it’s tow, swiftly and slick, it slumped to the ground. The beast with it’s reptilian eyes glowed subtly in the night, piercing it’s gaze and perking it’s head to pin the call’s location. The beast vigilantly cast it’s gaze, listening, watching for a possible pursuer.
