Tales from Ettania
"We have to get out of here," Los said frantically as they all stood around the severed head. Emilia peeled her eyes away from the lifeless ones that would forever haunt her and looked at her friends, worry and fear etched on their faces. Emilia could not blame them. A dead Faye often led to an Inquisition. Unless they were caught here. Then there would be no inquisition, they would just be found guilty with no trial and executed.

Tales from Ettania
"Little One." Emilia's eyes snapped open. The sun cut the room with a streak of light, shining through the middle of the windows where the blue velvet curtains did not reach. 27 More Minutes
My Dad was a jokester, he had been his whole life. He was a very funny man and could always make everyone laugh. He would do random triple lutz in the living room and handstands in the backyard with me, even as an older man, I'm talking into his 60's.

Ashes to Ashes
Alex sat, absent-mindedly swinging his legs that dangled over the side of what was left of the Golden Gate Bridge. He popped a berry into his mouth. His eyes closed as he savored the slightly tart juice that burst against his tongue. It had been twenty years since his entire world exploded. Twenty long years since he had anything to smile about as he sat in this spot. Usually, when he came here, all he could do was remember how it all went so horribly wrong.
