Writing is how I get the movies that play in my head out into real life. I welcome any and all critique! I am an Alabama native. Mother of two wonderful boys and one fur baby girl! I love to draw, paint, sew and travel!

There weren't always dragons in the Valley. Ever since the witches of the Great Ivy Forest had been forced to make their presence known, there were dragons. The name, Great Ivy forest, was deceiving, at least to anyone who had been banished there. For the witches there was nothing "Great" about it, in exception for it's span.

Justice
Some people say Karma is a bitch. In reality its Justice that's the bitch. We go through this thing called life, not giving a care in the world about who we hurt along the way. Not caring how we hurt some along the way. And it's not always on purpose. Sometimes we get caught up in how good something or someone feels! How magical the moments are, and how in this world of war and no peace, we want our little slice of heaven, no matter the cost.

Once Upon A Midnight Sail
"Come on Ann! You wanted to do this midnight sail and now you're taking forever!" Dan called back over his shoulder for his wife, as he untied the medium sized cruising sailboat from the dock. A woman's figure came into view dragging a wheeled duffle bag behind her.

The moving van backed slowly into the long drive way and stopped in front of the light blue house. Cindy jumped from the van as soon as it stopped. She stretched her long legs and bent to touch her toes. She stood and looked around at her new surroundings, she heard her mothers voice calling to her.

Dear Diary
Dear Diary, It was the summer of what was going to be my junior year of high school when I met him for the first time. My mother and I were out shopping for material so I could have a dress made for an upcoming dance. I was running my hands through a bin full of lacy ribbon when I heard my mom talking to someone. I didn't bother to turn around at first, but I heard her invite them over for dinner.

See Beyond Me
Jessica walked out onto the wrap around porch of the log cabin, a cup of steaming hot joe in her over sized mug that read, 'coffee over everything'. She slowly sipped from the mug as she walked around to the back of the deck. The modern day log cabin was perched at the highest point of the mountainside. It was one of the smaller mountains in Tryden Paradise Hills, but non the less when you looked out over the drop off, you could see the entire town below.
