Super Mario Bros. Movie Review
Mario gearing up for action in The Super Mario Bros. Movie For all of Chris Pratt's hype about his Mario voice, though, it's merely serviceable. The movie jokes about Charles Martinet's original problematic accent (Martinet also voices two characters in the film), but Pratt's spin on it just feels like someone pretending to be a schlubby Brooklynite. That's particularly surprising since Pratt injected so much life into his Lego Movie lead.

John Wick: Chapter 4 Movie Review
"John Wick: Chapter 4" has finally hit theaters, after a two-year delay. The film sees director Chad Stahelski and Keanu Reeves return to the franchise, with a streamlined approach that makes for a refreshing change from the more complex plots of the previous films. The plot sees Wick on the run again, pursued by the High Table and the villainous Marquis de Gramont. He seeks help from the head of the Osaka Continental, Shimazu, and faces off against a blind High Table assassin named Caine. The action sequences are brilliantly choreographed, with great clarity of intention and objectives that allow for complex choreography. The film has a great cast, with Reeves delivering a committed and emotionally exhausted performance that adds more gravity to the franchise. The legendary Donnie Yen is fantastic as Caine, and Shamier Anderson shines in his role as an assassin waiting for the price on Wick's head to hit the right level. Overall, "John Wick: Chapter 4" is a visually striking, brilliantly choreographed action movie that is a must-see for fans of the franchise.
