Paranormal Experiences
Sleep paralysis is something that, unfortunately, everybody will experience at least once in their lives. Whether it be auditory or visual, it’s a traumatic experience that occurs when the brain is awake, and the body has not yet caught up. This is when the individual vessel is at its most vulnerable. This means that spirits and other maliciously fueled entities are most able to take the body from the soul.

Paranormal Encounters (Pt. 2)
Some spirits are here to only ask for some attention because they're the energies of our family members here to watch out for us from the next life. The presences we feel sometimes may very well just be our loved ones calling in to check up on how we're doing, or sometimes. On occasion, these loved ones may only stick around, knowing living family have a big milestone coming up, or they're having a rough time, and wish to be there to support them.

Paranormal Encounters
Whether we like it or not, we're not the only ones walking the planet. Spirits, entities, apparitions - whatever we as believers choose to call them - walk alongside us. Usually, bear in mind, undetected, but this doesn't stop some lucky (or unlucky) people having experiences with these ghostly visitors.
