The Breath of Death

There weren't always dragons in the Valley. But once we brought them inside our walls this became their home. They once raged in far off lands, blistering their winters with their flames, scorching the earth until ash fell from the sky, replacing the snow that capped the lands. In their wake, nothing grew, water was scarce, and no life was able to thrive.
