I received a call from my mother to hear my Aunt Mary has passed away suddenly. I hardly knew Mary; she lived in Yorkshire most of her later years, and I only visited her a couple of times growing up. She was well... eccentric to say the least. My mother never kept in touch with her properly after an incident happened in a church that Mary was a member, I didn’t ever push for details but it left her startled.
