The Era of Open Racism and Prejudice
You see, the United States has a long history of racism, first involving the early settlers and the Native Americans. Racism serves no purpose other than belittling somebody. To demean somebody different from you deliberately is wrong. How many times have we tried to eliminate our racism as a species collectively? None. We have leaders that come every so often to help us like Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. or President Barack Obama but we do not learn from their teachings. And in modern times, we have Meghan Merkle marrying Prince Harry.

Tough B., Inc. Business Plan
The Tough B business plan summary is all about how many articles I’m going to publish. Sometimes you hear back from a pitch but other times, you have to wait a while to hear back at all. There are many options to publish my work in. One story is a quirky piece with details that are changed, reading almost like a composite in a psychology self-help book. This story is about how to be a child of an untreated narcissist. This is a bizarre and quirky story to write since I have to change identifying details anyway. I found a market for The Perfect Copy. I need to write a goals list off of Tough B, Inc. business plan one. I have another Tough B. Inc. business plan two for blogs.

A Need to Switch Evening Snacks
I realize I can’t do cereal, breakfast bars, or chocolate anything for breakfast. Shakeology from Beach Body is actually giving me stamina but not in excess. I can still slow down at night with my meds. I need to improve my medication snack as well as my diet overall. I have been struggling with infusion sets failing twice in one batch, so I have decided not to use that batch since all could be flawed. I opened another box, which seems to be working so far. Having high blood sugar from failed infusion sets or a messed up bolus for insulin taken for a meal can suck.

My Writing Goals: 2018
Well, I finished the sci-fi novella that took me years to find the headspace to write it in. I have another sci-fi story that I’m working on, typing word for word. When I write, I tend to trance medium channel the story. In fact, my trance mediumship pretty much is how I learn. I can sit there, recording lectures in my head or with a device. When reading a book, I could almost download it but I have to read it in order to get my memories settled. I mean, I realize an M.F.A. takes a shorter time than an M.S. An M.F.A. at San Jose State is really easy.

27 Years Ago on Memorial Day Weekend
Yes, that is a long time. Over two decades. I have had type 1 diabetes that long. My glucometer average says I’m 163. I have all but eliminated middle of the night high blood sugar. Nobody told me I’m a brittle diabetic whose blood sugars fluctuate easily. Yes, I suppose I fluctuate and when I was on Zyprexa in college, this didn’t help. Zyprexa caused random spikes in my blood sugar. I’m working on getting my average to 135. I’m now 28 points away from this. What will my victory feel like? I don’t know.

Positivity Is Not a Quick Fix
When New Agers tell you, "think positive and it will be okay," they do not realize how destructive this nonsense is for mentally ill people. You see, we mentally ill folks have any number of “bad” thoughts because our brain pulls a number on us — especially if you are an anxious person or a schizophrenic, and schizophrenics can be anxious at times as well, since a big symptom of schizophrenia is massive anxiety. This is why medication taking is so important for those of us with mental health diagnoses. You positive attitude jerks don’t realize that when you feel bad, you feel bad.

How Psychic Manipulation Actually Works
This is a psychic talent that is rarely discussed out in the open, but my goal is to change that since I want to write a whole book on psychic attack. Plain old, ordinary manipulation is about feelings. A manipulator extracts the types of feelings they want. Empaths who have this ability are doing it because they feel people’s emotions. When somebody employs brainwashing or manipulation, they say something like, “I need you to feel a certain way or I need you to think a certain way.” Somebody with a weak will is easy to manipulate. Some people with this ability seek to destroy others for personal gain.

The Craft of Fiction
Fiction is made up of many elements, each element as important as the last. The plot structure is one such need to be fulfilled in the story. Short story writing is something I want to try my hand in again because I have ideas that need to go somewhere. My novella, “A Return To Honor,” took 23 long years to write since 1996 when I structured the outline and put it away since I was perpetually stuck. I sent it to Tor.com where I’m 160 in the queue, having no idea if they will see it or not. I do not want to send simultaneous submissions here.

Winning the Fight Against Brittle Diabetes
I’m close to winning the fight against my diabetes. Yes, I’m brittle. I mean I just heard about this one from my psychiatric nurse. Nobody ever said that. I guess I get lucky with infusion as being my way of managing my diabetes successfully. Infusion is as good as it gets. I already have perfect diabetes after all. I’m looking to win my battle with it, which will be won soon. I had to blow off my class at my job training school because I wasn’t feeling 100 percent. I felt blah from the middle of the night high blood sugars.

The UFOs That Got Me Curious
My first UFO sighting was when I was 12 years old on a cruise ship called the Viking Serenade off of the Catalina Islands in California while I was standing next to my mother on the deck. I saw a line of five lights, one behind the other, until it turned into a circle and disappeared. The X-Files came out in 1993, and this was the summer before seventh grade besides, as I’m class of 1999. From then on I was curious. I started reading everything I could find. The internet also had plenty of information. I can’t remember what year I saw a cigar-shaped craft while on the Mountain View, CA overpass on Shoreline but I saw something while in the car with my mother.

Project Blue Book
Project Blue Book started with the Roswell UFO crash of 1947. What the extraterrestrials are doing is studying us as they have watched over us for billions of years, since life began on this planet and went through many evolutionary changes. Project Blue Book has some heavy documentation on various sightings from 1947-1969. Thousands of UFO sightings were reported, and other projects had been undertaken such as Sign in 1947, and Grudge (1949). Project Blue Book was used to determine whether UFOs are a threat to national security, and to analyze scientific data collected on them.

MK-Ultra
The 1960s was a time of intense rebellion against the government because of the Korean War, and later, the Vietnam War. MK-Ultra was a secret project from the CIA that wanted to test LSD on the American public. Prostitutes would bring their clients to a building where they were dosed with LSD, which was invented in Switzerland, 1938. Victims had euphoric emotions or paranoia, and extreme fear. The CIA wanted to drug people to commit acts of violence without remembering the actual events. They wanted to figure out how people would do things they wouldn’t normally do like outright kill somebody.
