While anger is a natural and necessary emotion, it can also be destructive and harmful if not managed properly.

Forever Happy and Peaceful.
What if I won't die and live happily and peacefully? This question has been on the minds of many people since the beginning of time. As human beings, we all want to live a happy and peaceful life. Yet, it is not always easy to achieve this. We face many challenges, both internal and external, that can make it difficult to maintain a positive mindset and sense of peace. But what if we approached life with a different perspective? What if we saw life as an opportunity to learn, grow, and experience joy and peace? What if we focused on the things we can control rather than the things we cannot?
