Sadly, in today’s busy world, most people complain that they don’t have time to exercise. Yet, when we look deeper, we realize that we often waste fifteen to twenty minutes scrolling through social media, watching unnecessary videos, or engaging in unproductive habits. Ironically, we never notice these wasted moments, but we always feel that setting aside thirty minutes for exercise is too much. This mindset is one of the biggest barriers between us and a healthy, energetic life.
