How to Earn Your First $100 with AI
From someone who has grown his own AI and automation service business to $72,000 per month and now runs communities teaching others how to do the same, here's how to actually make your first thousand dollars online with AI. Now, I'm making this video as a sort of rebuttal because I've seen a lot of people recently enter the AI and automation space without having built these systems. The terms "artificial intelligence" and "automation" make a lot of sense, and there is unquestionably a lot of money to be made from them. However, they are not simple. So, just because something is simple and just because something gets a lot of attention does not mean that it is easy. And I'm going to make that case in this video and then I'm going to give you guys a simple road map to avoid falling into the trap that I'm seeing a lot of people do right now. So, to make a long story short, the make money online landscape cuz rest assured that's what this is. It's the same as the drop shipping trend, the web design trend, and the social media marketing agency trend from a few years ago. exactly the same thing is taking place right now. has been overrun with numerous opportunities that are misleading. Now, it's true that AI has created a window for opportunities, but it's not in the way that most gurus present it. The way that most people are pitching it right now is it's like a passive income scheme. Okay? You are being offered AI businesses as though they require no effort on your part. It's going to make you money while you sleep. Let me tell you something. This specific business model, which people are selling you, but not totally formulating, is an agency service business model. With this, you can't make money while you sleep. You need to get on sales calls with prospects. You need to hunch over laptops or MacBook screens, building, dragging, and dropping systems. You need to be whiteboarding flows. You must engage in activities like prompt engineering. So, reality check. The vast majority of these AI gurus have never built any successful businesses outside of just selling courses. If you want to make a determination as to how exactly to get up and running, focus on people that have actually done the thing that you want to do, not just people that talk about it. Okay? And also, passive income schemes rarely work for beginners without existing audiences. What you'll find is, and if you're a beginner, maybe this won't make the most sense to you, but there's a difference between inbound marketing and then outbound marketing. So, inbound marketing is when a customer comes to a business. In order for a business to get some sort of inbound marketing, obviously, that business needs distribution. It needs to be popular. It needs some way to get the word out. right now. If you are a beginner business and you have no idea what the heck you're doing, you have no capital to invest, you have no ads to whip up, you have no idea how to position your product, you can't really do inbound marketing very well, if at all. So, what most of these businesses, accelerators, and courses are pitching you is inbound. In reality, if you're a total beginner, more or less, the only way that you can actually generate outsized opportunities is through outbound. So, it's not just sitting on your butt and, you know, hearing the chuch-ching noises while you sleep. What you have to do is you actually have to go and you have to hunt, you have to prospect, you have to, you know, get on the phone, you have to dial, you have to record Loom videos, you have to send cold emails, you have to put yourself out there over and over and over again. Additionally, you'll discover that's not very sexy. So, very few people ultimately talk about that. But if you want to make a business uh work from scratch, especially in like a bootstrapped way, you can't focus on the inbound. Inbound just doesn't work. Okay? For this reason, you should be extremely skeptical of anyone who sells inbound to a completely novice audience. And then ultimately uh marketplaces end up flooded with tens of thousands of people that try the exact same thing that are being promoted. Now what I mean by this is unfortunately simply by virtue of the fact that beginners obviously want simple things that they could follow step by step. Tactics and strategy are often confused. To be abundantly clear strategy and tactics are very different things. A tactic is something like uh cold email copy. A tactic is something like a script. A tactic is like, I don't know, some sort of like advertising that you're copying. The strategy is the deeper reasons why you choose the tactics. It's like human psychology. It's like sales skills. It's like uh market understanding. Okay? Therefore, you won't be able to adapt to changes in the market if you simply spend your entire life trying to replicate the strategies, which is ultimately what these courses and programs teach you to be very good at. When markets get saturated with millions of people doing the exact same tactic, the only people that actually make it are people that understand the strategy because people that understand the strategy can generate new tactics anytime they want. But people that understand tactics, they have no idea what the underlying strategy is. So they are screwed. So don't be one of those tacticon people. Be a strategy only person. Now obviously the question is how the hell do you do that? Well, you avoid these businesses that focus on selling products. To make a long story short, when you're starting out as a beginner in entrepreneurship, you basically have a fundamental choice between two types of businesses. You have a product based business or you have a service-based business. Product based business is selling something like a widget on Amazon. Let's say it's e-commerce for the most part. It's stuff like information products, right? Called products for a reason. A service on the other hand is something that you do for somebody. It's like a landscaping gig. It's like HVAC. Similar to plumbing. It's similar to SEO, PPC, AI, and automation in digital marketing. Now, the core advantage of service businesses over product businesses is they require very little upfront investment. The only upfront investment you basically have to make in a service business is you have to use your time and you have to use developed skills to manage and fulfill the expectations of clients. But a lot of the time, you don't really have to invest that much money. And typically, nowhere near as much money as a product based business because you don't have to make the product. The benefit to this for beginners is if you are choosing a service business, you get this learn while you earn advantage that allows you to generate cash flow while also simultaneously deepening your understanding of client needs, industry problems, things like marketing, things like sales, and ultimately automation opportunities. So my recommendation for you is pick a service business. Okay? Pick AI automation agency as a model. Don't pick, you know, make a digital product and put it on some Notion template that's generated using AI and then try and sell it through inbound ads. That stuff just really doesn't work, guys. It it sucks for me to say, but if you're a beginner, you have no idea where to even start with that stuff. It's much better focusing on the simple 0ero to one stuff that at least gets a few dollars in your bank account. And once you have that, you can worry about building these higher level flows and funnels and all that stuff afterwards. So, the service model allows you to monetize your skills. That's the main part. You are making money from your skills. And you don't need any external funding for that. Additionally, every client project becomes a paid case study. You get to learn while you earn for your growing business portfolio. And then you get to use that business portfolio to sell more people. If I could do like a simple SOP, that stands for standard operating procedure, something you're probably going to be building a lot of in business, this is what it would look like. You have lots of skills and you have lots of time. The development of the product will take time if you take a product-based approach. A lot of the AI people are saying, "Well, it takes you five minutes. You whip up a template, a prompt, send it out." Those just aren't very high quality yet. So, you can't exactly do that. You then launch your marketing for the product because you start with the product then you do marketing afterwards. You might need another month for that. Okay. If you get your first sales, which is a big maybe because you don't really know what you're doing, you might make your first thousand or $2,000 in like a few months. That might take a like a crazy amount of time. As a beginner, the number one thing you don't have is you do not have feedback. And if you want to like stay in entrepreneurship and not fail like the 95% of people that try this, you need some sort of positive feedback as quickly as possible. Contrast that with a service-based approach. You do, I don't know, some sort of free or very low paid work to get your first case study. Make use of that case study to market your first paid project. You then deliver some results. You make some more money. You take all that money, you reinvest it in skills, okay? Skill stacking. As a result, you acquire knowledge of sales, marketing, and lead generation—all crucial skills. Then you scale. And then finally, after you've scaled a business and after you've done all this, by the way, in like one to two months instead of four to six months, then you can just productize your service and then turn that thing from a series of steps that you have to do every time you onboard a new client to something like a product. Anyway, what does this mean? This is the definition of double dipping. And anytime you're in business, you look for opportunities to double dip. So, I gues

Screts to better sleep
Translate was the transcriptionist, and Ivana Korom was the TED Reviewer. It's perfectly normal for everyone to have a bad night's sleep. But how can we try to improve both the quantity and quality of our sleep? [Sleeping with Science] (Music) Here are six scientifically grounded tips for better sleep. Regularity is the first suggestion. Make sure you go to bed and wake up at the same time. No matter what day of the week or weekend it is—even if you had a bad night's sleep—regularity will actually anchor your sleep and improve both quantity and quality. And this is because you actually have a master 24-hour clock deep within your brain. It expects regularity and works best under conditions of regularity, including the control of your sleep-wake schedule. While most of us use an alarm to wake up, very few of us use a to-bed alarm, which can be beneficial. Temperature is the next point. Keep it cool. It turns out that in order to fall asleep and stay asleep, both your brain and body need to lower their core temperatures by about two to three degrees Fahrenheit. And this is the reason that you will always find it easier to fall asleep in a room that's too cold than too hot. So, the current recommendation is to aim for a bedroom temperature of around about 65 degrees Fahrenheit, or a little over 18 degrees Celsius. It sounds cold but cold it must be. The next tip is darkness. We are a dark-deprived society and, in fact, we need darkness specifically in the evening to trigger the release of a hormone called melatonin. And melatonin helps regulate the healthy timing of our sleep. In the last hour before bed, try to stay away from all of those computer screens and tablets and phones. Dim down half the lights in your house. You wouldn't believe how sleepy that can make you, in fact. If you'd like, you can wear an eye mask or you can have blackout shades and that will help best regulate that critical sleep hormone of melatonin. Walk it out is the next tip. Avoid staying awake for an extended period of time in bed. And the general rule of thumb is if you've been trying to fall asleep and it's been 25 minutes or so, or you've woken up and you can't get back to sleep after 25 minutes, the recommendation is to get out of bed and go and do something different. And the reason is because your brain is an incredibly associative device. The brain has learned the association that the bed is this trigger of wakefulness, and we need to break that association. And by getting out of bed, you can go and do something else. Only return to bed when you're sleepy. As a result, your brain will gradually reestablish the connection that your bed is a place where you sleep soundly and consistently. The fifth tip is something that we've actually already spoken about in detail in this series, which is the impact of alcohol and caffeine. So, a good rule of thumb here is to try to stay away from caffeine in the afternoon and in the evening and certainly try not to go to bed too tipsy. The final tip: have a wind-down routine. I think many of us in the modern world, we expect to be able to dive into bed at night, switch off the light, and we think that sleep is also just like a light switch, that we should immediately be able to fall asleep. Well, unfortunately, sleep isn't quite like that for most of us. Sleep, as a physiological process, is much more similar to landing a plane. It takes time for your brain to gradually descend down onto the firm bedrock of good sleep. In the last 20 minutes before bed or the last half an hour, even the last hour, disengage from your computer and your phone and try to do something relaxing. Find out whatever works for you and when you have found it, stick to that routine. The last thing I should note is that if you are suffering from a sleep disorder, for example, from insomnia or sleep apnea, then these tips aren't necessarily going to help you. If I were your sports coach, I could give you all of these suggestions to boost your performance, but if you have a broken ankle, it won't matter. We have to treat the broken ankle first before we can get back to improving the quality of your performance. And it's the same way with sleep. So, if you think you have a sleep disorder, just go and speak with your doctor. That's the best piece of advice. Where do we stand, then, in all of this conversation about sleep? Well, I think the evidence is clear. We can think of sleep almost like a life-support system. In fact, some may even call sleep a super power.

Easiest way to lose fat 2x faster
Tons of fitness videos promise the secret to losing fat fast, then hit you with a workout that would make a Navy Seal throw up, boil chicken for lunch, and lots of crying. It is not working if you are not suffering. But what if I told you a simple walking method can burn fat faster than killing yourself with cardio? I know that sounds hard to believe, but it's just one of four sciencebacked strategies I'll show you to help you lose fat up to two times faster without losing muscle. And I've crunched the numbers to prove it. Okay, so reducing your intake of fat is the first tactic. Additionally, I want you to compare managing your finances to losing weight. Your daily calorie allowance is as follows: this bowl here. Take it as 2,000 calories. Now, these little balls I got over here, this is your protein and carbs. So, protein like chicken and carbs like potatoes. Since they contain four calories per gram, you can consume a lot of them without exceeding your calorie allowance, right? However, your fats are these guys here, these big kahunas. They contain 9 calories per gram. So, you can see just having a few of them can quickly make you go over your calorie budget. So, when it comes to dieting, the thing about protein is that you still want to have a lot of them because it's going to help with building your muscle and it's also going to help with losing fat as you see later on. Carbohydrates, on the other hand, cause people to experience an immediate loss of energy if they are eliminated too soon, according to my observations. So, with fats, not only does taking out, you know, maybe one or two fat sources from your day immediately save you a ton of calories, but the only real compromise you're making is slightly less tasty food. Now, for health reasons, you don't want to go below around 35 to 50 grams of fat per day. That's your minimum. But you'd be surprised with how much fat you're actually consuming. A ribeye steak with oil and butter is already over 60 g of fat. That's almost 700 calories right there. So, here's what I want you to do. Consider the fats you consume on a daily basis. Cheese, butter, and even healthy fats like avocado. Starting tomorrow, cut however much you usually have of these in half. Since I'm half Filipino, meats were my primary source of fat. There was a lot of pork, sausage, spam, and even strange meats like full-grown pigs and belute, which is basically a half-born duck, laid out on the table. This is very cruel now that I think about it. And it explains why every friend I brought over for dinner never ended up coming back. Anyways, I want you to also check if you're eating any of these highfat proteins. Delicious, but calorie bombs. Therefore, try having just one of these every day, and then pick a protein source from this list that is more pure for all of your other meals. And you can apply the same concept even when you're eating out. All right, so I'm at Chipotle. I just got the chicken bowl with some guac and cheese. And I took out half the guacamole and half of the cheese. And I'm going to use my Fil Science app. It has an AI scanner that will figure out the calories. So, we got about 100 g of guac and about 15 g of cheese together, that's 200 calories, right? So, just by cutting the fats in half, you're saving 200 calories. And so, when you're ordering, maybe just ask them for a little bit of guac, a little bit of cheese instead of the normal serving that they get. You can apply this when you're eating out, apply it to your foods that you eat at home. But obviously, if you take out all the fats, it makes it taste not as good. So that's why I'm saying just cut half. You know what I mean? You still get a lot of the flavor, but you save a ton of calories. Now, I would recommend using some kind of food tracking app to keep track of this. I personally use the one that we built here called Built with Science Plus, as it personalizes the fat intake for me, and it lets me know how much wiggle room I have and to prevent me from going too low. But regardless of how you track it, if you just cut one fat source in half and make one protein swap, boom, you're saving up to 250 calories per day, which already speeds up your fat loss by half a pound per week. And you can lose even more by combining it with the next strategy, the walking method. So, when most people think about fat loss, the first thing that comes to their mind is cardio. However, cardio is not very effective. Let's take a bunch of people and have them burn 2,000 calories from cardio every week. On paper, this should result in a loss of approximately two pounds of fat after a month. But when a study actually tested this, the average fat loss was less than half of that, with some people not losing any fat at all. Why? In fact, deliberate exercise, such as cardio or weight lifting, contributes to some of your daily calorie burn. But what most people don't know is you burn way more calories from all the things that you do outside of the gym. So simple things like typing at a computer, walking your dog, or even cooking dinner. Now, all these nonworkout activities, they're called NEAT. And what's fascinating is that a highly active person, they can burn up to 2,000 more calories every day just from NEAT compared to someone who's more sedentary. 2,000 calories. So, what happened with the participants in the study is that even though they burned a ton of calories during their cardio sessions, they took the lazy route the rest of the day. They just ended up in a couch lock watching Netflix with their most intense activity being carrying a Dorito from the bag to their mouth, tanking the calories they usually burn from meat. Plus, cardio sessions can also make you hungrier. Additionally, individuals frequently eat back all or even more of the calories they burned. So, while cardio is great for your heart and health, it's kind of just meh for fat loss. A much better approach I personally use myself and with our Built with Science clients is plain old walking. Okay, so I actually learned this one by accident. Back in the day, long before YouTube, I got a summer job as a funeral caterer. Weird gig, I know, but I was on my feet all day unloading caskets, serving people food, and trying my best to cheer them up. And I remember looking at my phone and I was getting on average like 12 to 15,000 steps a day. And so after two months of this, even though it didn't change anything with my diet and did no cardio, I ended up being the leanest I had ever been in my life without even trying. I remember every time I go to the bathroom, I lift my shirt and every week my abs would pop just a little bit more to the point where I was contemplating turning that funeral room into a magic mic show. Thankfully, my YouTube channel took off so I no longer have to cater at funerals. But walking to this day is still my main form of cardio to get lean and stay lean. So much so that I even invested in an under desk treadmill. And so all I do is twice a day I'll use this guy for 30 minutes while I'm banging out emails or just like mundane tasks. And that alone is 6,000 steps. And then the rest of the day, let's say I'm going to the grocery store, I'll make sure to park further away just to get more steps in. And then whenever I need a break, I'll just go for a walk around the block and boom, I'm easily at over 10,000 steps. And I use my Built with Science Plus app on my phone to just track my steps and make sure I'm hitting my target. But you can use the health app on your phone or whatever it is for Android. I just want you to try to hit 7,000 to 12,000 steps per day. Anywhere within that range, that's a good sweet spot to aim for. And guys, to put this into perspective, a 30-minute walk, that's 3,000 steps, right? So let's say that every day you start just doing that. The average person is going to burn 100 to 200 calories from 3,000 steps. So, if you just simply add a 30-minute walk every single day, after a month, you can lose an extra pound of fat. And every single week, that's going to speed up your fat loss by about a/4 pound of fat. And you can speed this up even further if you apply the next strategy with your diet, which is called the accidental deficit. The easiest way to prevent calories from being stored as fat is by not eating them in the first place. Let me show you. So, 250 calories are in these sad hand pillow chips here. That was the easy part. Now, I'm going to put on this mask and we're going to see how long it takes me to burn off those chips jogging on the treadmill. I hope I succeed. So, that was an excellent reminder of how much I hate running. Guess how long that took me? Just under 25 minutes. Sincerely, longer than I anticipated. Way easier just to not eat the chips. It demonstrates the point. Your diet can do most of the work. And that's where the accidental deficit comes in. Think about the last time you got really sick. Like when you spent days confined to your bed, barely able to eat a cracker, but managed to lose a few pounds without really trying. It's kind of the same idea as that. No, I'm not telling you to go give yourself food poisoning. Can we try one where it's like obviously don't put your mouth directly on it, but hold up and you're like lowering it down. But think about your busiest days at work or school where you barely have time to eat, let alone think about food. and by the end of the day, you get home and realize, "Holy crap, I've barely eaten all day." Why not use those days to your advantage? For example, Kevin is our head engineer for our app, and as soon as he sits down to code, he just logs in. It's insane. Like, he doesn't even think about food all day, and I actually have to remind him of his basic needs, like drinking water. What did you eat today? [Music] So, he barely eats at work, but when he gets home, he'll Uber eat some pizza or take out and pretty much just eat whatever. So, when I try to help him get in shape, all we did was he sw

Habits that kill your brain
Your attention is being hijacked. In addition, you are ceding control of your brain whenever you shift your focus, swipe, or scroll without realizing it. If it's been feeling harder and harder to concentrate, think clearly, or remember what used to come easy, this is one of the reasons why. You're drowning in noise. Think about it. Messages, ads, updates, dopamine traps everywhere right now. Most people can't focus for more than a few seconds at a time. It is scary. Not because we lack willpower, but because their attention has been trained to chase every flicker of stimulation. And that comes at a huge cost. Your ability to learn becomes slower. Your ability to recall information gets weaker. Your goals keep getting pushed further out of reach. Not because you're not motivated, but because you're unable to stay focused. Remember, where your attention goes, energy flows. If you can't direct your attention, you can't direct your life. But here's the part most people miss. Attention is a muscle. It is a skill. And like any skill, it can be trained. In this video, I'm going to show you why attention is the foundation for memory, focus, and peak mental performance and how you can begin to master it so you could take back control of your brain, your time, and your future. So, silence your notifications, grab a pen, and let's dive in. The first step to taking back your attention is awareness. You cannot fix what you don't know. And most people have no idea how distracted they truly are. If you've been following me for a while, you know that I've coached celebrities, CEOs, and students all over the world. When we start working on focus, I can't tell you how many times I hear the same thing. Oh, I don't really use social media that much. I only check my email a couple times a day. Distraction is sneaky. It operates on autopilot and that's what makes it so dangerous. You can just look at the numbers. The average person checks their phone at least 96 times a day. That's once every 10 minutes, most with daily screen time of over 7 hours. And if you're not doing that, that means somebody else is doing a whole lot more. That equates to more than one hundred days per year. Just let that sink in. That amounts to spending more than three months of your life passively. Now ask yourself, what could you do with a 100 extra days? So you're not lacking time, you're lacking attention. The first mission is shown here. You need to track it. Check your daily average by going to your screen time settings on an iPhone, for example. Really pay attention to how many times you pick up your phone. You can keep a tally count on a piece of paper every time you do in the beginning. You do this at the end of the day and you'll know the exact number. Remember, in order to manage something, you have to measure it. You could write down which apps take the most time. Maybe you're on an Android. You could check digital well-being. The same breakdown can be seen. You can also download a lot of free apps like Moment, Rescue Time, uh Forest to start collecting data because once you see it, you can't unsee it. You start realizing just how many micro moments are being eaten up by habits you didn't even know you had. And what does awareness do? Awareness creates responsibility. Now that you've identified your distractions, it's time for the next step, refocusing your attention. But before we jump into how to do that, let's break one of the biggest productivity myths out there. Multitasking. Most people think doing multiple things at once makes them more efficient. But multitasking is one of the fastest ways to kill your brain's performance. Research done at Stanford University found that multitasking can reduce your efficiency and cognitive performance by up to 40%. It takes a toll on your working memory, slows down your thinking, makes more mistakes, and may eventually lower your intelligence. So, here is how to refocus your attention. I challenge you to make a list of three things that you need to accomplish today. Next to each one, write down the priority. Is it high, medium, low? Then the difficulty. Is it mild? Is it reasonable? Does it require deep focus? Then schedule your hardest and most important tasks during the time of the day where you feel most energized. That just makes sense, right? Common sense though is not often common practice. So for some people they're an early bird, so early morning. Some people are morning people, right? Others say it's midday today. If your phone is your biggest distraction, don't just try to use it less. That's too vague. It's way too abstract. You need to set up guard rails. To be more limitless, you have to set limits. You could turn on your do not disturb. You could leave it in another room while you work on those three things on your list. You could use screen time limits or app blockers. If you're worried about missing an important call, set it to only allow emergency calls. Right? You could add particular individuals to your phone. When your environment is more distractionproofed, your brain doesn't have to waste valuable energy fighting temptation. It just locks in. You could also use timers to structure your focus. Your brain really likes structure. That's why time boxing works so well. There are apps out there like Focus Keeper, Forest, or even a simple kitchen timer. That's what I use. An analogy can be helpful. This clearly delineates the beginning, middle, and end for your attention. So, it's not just drifting. Are you tired of constantly feeling overwhelmed by your neverending to-do list? Do you find that there aren't enough hours in the day to do everything you need to do? But what if I told you there's a solution that can help you take back control of your time, your focus, your productivity? I'd like to introduce you to Quick Productivity. This 10-day course is designed to provide you with the proven strategies you need to get more done in less time without burning out. Don't wait any longer if you want to learn how to make the most of your time, your work, and your life. Click the link below to learn more and secure your spot and your access right now. But let's zoom out for a second because attention isn't just about productivity. It's the foundation for connection, too. Have you ever met someone new and forgotten their name within seconds? As soon as a handshake breaks, the name just falls to the floor. It's not because you don't know your names well. It's because you weren't paying attention. The art of memory is the art of attention. Most people are so focused on what to say next, how they're being perceived or what's going on around them, who's more important in the room, they completely miss the engagement. They miss even the conversation. So the next time you meet someone, I want to challenge you just to pause, listen, listen fully. Remember, you take a word like listen and scramble the letters, it spells a word silent, right? You're just silent. You take it in. Then you could repeat their name out loud. After that, you could picture it written down in your mind. You could associate it with a color, an object, a famous person, someone you already know, you know, a celebrity, anything that helps make it stick. That split second of intentional attention. It could be the start of a brand new friendship, a partnership, a referral, a brand new opportunity, you know, a a future love. If you want to stop forgetting names, make sure you check out my video on how to memorize names instantly. We'll put a link in the description. Now, if you really want to take back control of your attention, you have to start with intention. Because here's the truth. It's like driving a car without knowing where you're going. Attention without intention. It just burns fuel. It makes noise, but it goes nowhere. So, let me ask you this. Why do you need to concentrate? Why do you want more brain power? What are you really trying to accomplish? Is it finishing uh our quick reading course so you can unlock new career opportunities? Becoming more productive so you have more time for the things and the people that you love? Or maybe you're working on your brain health so you can feel more confident and you can feel more energized as you age. Do more than just list the job. I want you to connect to it. connect to the transformation and the feeling behind it. If the task is, let's say, exercising, then the outcome could be, let's say, I want to lose 20 pounds so I could feel strong, look good, and then be confident in my body again. If the task is research, the outcome might be, "I want to make $200,000 a year so I can buy the home of my dreams." The more specific the outcome, the better. Setting specific, measurable, achievable, relevant, timebound goals, right? We are all aware that one of the best ways to position yourself for greater success is to use the acronym SMARTT. When your attention is aligned with your intention, you're not just checking boxes. You're showing up with purpose. And here's a practical way to bring this to life. You should try to picture it. You could visualize it if you can. Your brain is your visual processing. It just takes up more real estate. You know, your visual cortex by design. It can process images, I don't know, 60,000 times faster than text. So, the clearer, remember, a picture is worth a thousand words, right? So, the clearer your mental image, the more real and the more motivating it becomes. You can close your eyes and imagine what your life looks like when that goal is completed. You could go to AI and ask it to generate a digital image of the moment you're working towards, right? like a photo of you holding a diploma or landing your dream client, uh, traveling stress-free because your business runs more smoothly. Or create that vision board, a physical, you make it digital, filled with snapshots of what success looks and feels like to who? To you. And if you want, post it somewhere that's visible, something that you're going to see every single day. Maybe it's on your refrigerato

How you get more money every day
If you don't want to be like everyone else, broke, stressed, and stuck in a never ending cycle, you need to focus on one thing: making your first $10,000. When I was 18, I had no money and no qualifications, but I did have big ambitions. Instead of worrying about making millions, I set myself the smaller, more achievable goal of making 10K. Now, as a self-made millionaire, I can tell you that first $10,000 was the hardest to make. However, everything changed once I reached it. It was more than just money. It was about proving to myself that making money is a skill and not luck. Once I figured out how to make 10K once, I knew I could do it again and again and eventually scale it into real well. So, if I had to start from scratch and earn that first $10,000 all over again, this is exactly how I would do it in three steps (slow, upbeat music). The majority of people make this way harder than it should be. They try day trading because a guru said it would make them rich, or they jump into crypto because a friend made money from it. The problem is both these methods need huge upfront cash reserves and crazy luck. These are side hustles and they should never be seen as your main source of income. Instead, think of them as tools to multiply your money. When you are just starting out, you need something that requires a small amount of money to begin with and constantly puts cash in your pocket every day. There are only four options when all the noise is removed. I've tried all of these, and take it from me, this choice is crucial because some options offer higher scalability while others are more limited. In the same way, some generate quick cash while others take more time to make money. The first option is to sell services in person. Look, you've probably heard of these before, but I'm talking personal training, delivery driving, dog walking, nail designing, barbering, videography, and so many more. Although these services sound so common and basic, they're actually one of the fastest ways to make money, so don't overlook them as they give you a way to get paid immediately. It's also pretty cheap to get started. All you need is some skills and maybe a few tools, which means you can get up and running very quickly. If you choose to do this, then please don't mess around trying to build a website, run ads, or make a logo. Just get out there. Find some customers in your local area. Pay for the service you provide. I even did this when I was in my teens. I used to walk around rich neighborhoods and offer to wash people's cars. I'd look out for tidy gardens but dirty vehicles. Now, this might sound strange. However, I was betting if they were obsessed over keeping their garden tidy, they'd also want a nice shiny car on their driveway to impress their neighbors. Because these kinds of services are limited by your local area, it meant my demand was pretty up and down. I struggled to produce anything some months while others were busy. When I was busy, I was only able to work with one person at a time, which kept how much I could make in a day. So in-person services are great to get started with, but you can quickly feel like they're limiting your potential. That brings me onto option two, which is local products. Homemade goods, artwork, fresh produce, and other items can all be purchased here. This can be a great way to make money, but it's not something that happens overnight. Unlike services where you get paid as soon as the job's done, selling local products takes time. I gave this a go using some of the profits from my car washing business. I bought some cheap model playing parts, then spent some time building each one up, and then sold them to people at the RC Flying Club, which I went to on the weekends. However, I quickly realized I was putting a lot of work in for very little money. This was hard for me to come to terms with because I really enjoyed building them. Most of my earnings were being eaten up by the cost of materials. And on top of that, my customer base was very limited as there weren't enough people willing to pay what I needed to make it worth my time. So selling local products can be fun and it's definitely worth it if you wanna make some money from something you love. Option three is global products. This includes starting a clothing brand, drop shipping, sneaker reselling, print on-demand, and so much more. Going global gives you access to a much larger customer base, which means you have more opportunities to make money than you do with local products or services. You are not limited to just the people in your town or city, anyone anywhere can buy from you. When I launched my own global products, I was overjoyed. I even flew all the way to China to partner with a manufacturer to produce my model airplane designs and sell them worldwide. Of course, you don't have to do this if you choose to go down the drop shipping or print on-demand routes. However, this wasn't really an option when I started. If I'm honest, things started off pretty slowly for me because I had to keep reinvesting my profits back into new products to sell. Every sale required more investment. Once I sold 10 items, I then needed to buy 20 more to keep up. Instead of pocketing the profits, my money kept getting trapped in this endless cycle of restocking. Ultimately, was it worth it? 100%. However, this is something you should only do if you can wait one to three months for everything to start working. So when this is up and running, it is probably the most passive laziest way to make money that actually works. So that brings us onto option four, selling online services. I didn't have this option when I was younger, but having it now is such a huge advantage. There are so many different online services you can offer. These include copywriting, video editing, thumbnail design, running ads, social media management, the list goes on. Actually, selling services online combines the two greatest advantages of in-person services and global products. This is because a service has global reach but low profit margins. With products, you might make 20 to 30% margin that needs to be reinvested. With services, you are looking at 70 to 80% margins that go straight into your pocket, plus you can start making money from day one. Look, all of these are fantastic ways to make $10,000 as a student, especially these last two options. However, if I wanted to begin earning money as soon as possible, I would choose option four, which would involve selling online services. Therefore, we must now select the precise online service to provide. So start by asking yourself three questions. What are your real strengths? What interests you most to learn about? And what problems do businesses consistently struggle with? The point where your responses overlap is the sweet spot. The majority of people get stuck at this point because they try to perfect their skill for months or even years before offering it to anyone. That is completely wrong. You need to start getting real-world experience as quickly as possible. So start by setting your prices under the normal market rate. Your main aim here is to earn and learn at the same time. Now, let's take this one step further. (slow upbeat music) This is the skill pyramid made up of four elements that when mastered together, transform a high income skill into a $10,000 income. Miss just one and you'll stay stuck at the bottom, working hard but never breaking through. Element one is positioning. You see, not all online services are equal. The real money is in offering to assist businesses in increasing their profits. That's because businesses think about money differently to individuals. When a business is making $50,000 a month, spending 2,000 to solve a problem isn't a big deal as long as it helps 'em make more money. And take it from me, they have a lot of these problems. They need more customers. They need better systems. They need to stand out from their competition. And they need to convert more leads into sales. These problems never go away and businesses are always willing to pay to solve them. On top of this, some industries simply have more money to spend than others. Additionally, you will begin making actual money more quickly if you consider how to reposition yourself. Here are some ideas to get you thinking. Instead of being a video editor for small YouTubers, you could edit videos for an entrepreneur who sells a product. If you make random thumbnails for clients, you could instead aim to become the main designer for an established creator. And if you're a copywriter, don't write cheap articles. Instead, focus on optimizing landing pages. This isn't about learning more skills, it's about putting yourself where the money's being made. Element two is leverage. You'll never make $10,000 without leveraging value over time. Companies do not pay for effort. They pay for results. You will immediately increase your revenue if you charge for the return on investment rather than the hours worked. Let's say you choose to run Facebook ads. If you charge per hour, you are stuck with a fixed rate and the client will always want to keep your hours low. But if you charge based on the money you bring in for the business, suddenly they're not thinking about cost, they're thinking about profit. Additionally, they will gladly pay you more if they can see that your work is directly benefiting them financially. The same goes for if you decide to offer social media management. If you just schedule posts and reply to comments, you are replaceable. But if you can prove that your strategy is bringing in more engagement, more leads and more sales, you become a valuable asset, not just an expense. Trust me, the moment you shift your pitch from what you do to what they gain, you'll find a lot of people are suddenly willing to pay a lot more. Element three is reach. One of the biggest mistakes people make when starting out is thinking they always have to chase clie

How you become a millionia in just one time like jake
- So this guy, his name is Jake, and Jake really wants to be rich, but he comes from a pretty poor background, was raised by a single mother and lacks any positive male role models. Despite this, he is still ambitious and constantly seeks guidance on how to achieve success. Recently, Jake started working at one of my favorite cafes, and while I was sitting in my usual corner, I saw him approach an older guy dressed in a suit. He'll be called Mr. Grumpy, because I've seen him around, but he never has a smile on his face. So I knew it wouldn't go well when Jake asked him for advice. Mr. Grumpy just bluntly told him that the younger generation was lazy and didn't know the first thing about hard work. Although times have changed, Jake attempted to reassure him that he is putting in a lot of effort to pay for college and has big plans for the future. But it was pointless. Even before he could finish, Old Grumpy snapped back. He stated that younger people want everything handed to them on a platter and are just full of excuses. Coming from a humble background and having made my first million in my 20's, I saw lots of similarities between myself and Jake, so I couldn't just sit idly by it. I got up and approached them. I looked Mr. Grumpy directly in the eyes and said something along these lines. Times have indeed changed, and so are the challenges young people face today. Yes, our generation worked hard, but that doesn't mean young people aren't working just as hard today. Jake is juggling school and a job and planning for his future. The world is honestly more complex now. The path to success isn't as straightforward as it used to be. We need to support and encourage the younger generation, not belittle them. They're the backbone of future leaders of this world. We should be guiding them with our experience, not dismantling their efforts. I wish I could say that I altered his views regarding children, but in all honesty, I believe my words essentially entered one ear and exited the other. Some older people were just so stuck in their ways, but we're not all like that. Later, when Jake was grabbing a bite on his lunch break, I sat with him for a good hour sharing some real world advice to help him get ahead. This whole experience with Jake really got me thinking there must be thousands, actually, probably millions of young motivated people like Jake out there. (upbeat music) For the first ten years of your life, you're just a kid having mindless fun, and for the next ten years, you're stuck in a classroom being taught mostly useless information like Pythagoras's Theorem and Shakespeare. So I thought today I'd break down the advice I gave Jake into five principles that anyone can follow to become wealthy. It's only when you hit your 20's that you step into the big bad world and start figuring out how to earn money. So when you see 20 year-olds driving around in Lambos on social media, it can make you feel pretty bad, but don't blame yourself for not having it all figured out yet. The school system didn't prepare you for the real world. Really and truly, you're just getting started. If this sounds like you, then don't just focus on earning millions at this stage. You need to obsess over sharpening your act so it looks a bit more like this. Since they've been told that starting a business is the way to wealth, a lot of people skip this step. However, they're doing the equivalent of trying to cut down a tree with a blunt ax. It's simply just not gonna work. So how do you sharpen your ax so that when you go for the big money, you can easily cut down a tree with a few strong swings? Well, it all comes down to mastering high income skills. You can earn at least $10,000 per month with these skills. Some great examples nowadays are video editing, copywriting, high ticket closing, and software development. The amount you can make with skills like these will change depending on supply and demand, but mastering one or two of these skills can put you in a really great position early on in life. My son Curtis honed his videography and editing skills while still in school. Upon graduating, he quickly acquired clients and was earning $10,000 a month within a year. However, the money wasn't as important as the opportunities his skills provided. They allowed him to interact with extremely successful people and gain access to valuable information that others paid thousands for. This is the true power of a high income skill. It grants access. So think about what doors you want to open and pick one or two high income skills that will help you get there. Be patient with this step. Sharpening your ax takes time and dedication. This is a marathon. It is not a race. You don't have to make a ton of money really fast and just show it off. You should aim to last and not become a one hit wonder. Therefore, extend your timeline. Stop thinking you need to become a millionaire in one or two years. If you learn the right skills, then the millions will follow. Simply rely on the procedure. Once you have a sharp ax, it's also quite nice to know that even if somebody took away all your money, you'll still be able to make far more money than the average person. Most self-made millionaires say they can make it all back faster a second time around as they already have the knowledge and the skills to do it. (upbeat music) Your money is like this stack of cookies. The more you handle them, the more they'll just crumble away. The key is to stop messing with your money thinking, I'm gonna put it here, trade this, buy that, 'cause the harsh reality is, you're probably making the wrong decisions. How do you think Warren Buffet made 99% of its 137 billion net worth after his 50th birthday? It's because he understood that real money is made through compound interest. But this can't happen if your money is too easy to get at because it's too tempting. That's why you need to lock it away somewhere where it can grow in peace. But you can't just lock your money away in a bank account and expect it to grow. You need to invest it in assets. There are lots of different asset classes you can choose from, like real estate, high-end watches, and gold. However, my favorite has to be the stock market. I've personally made millions doing this. But here's the thing. Youngsters these days dream about popping bottles and zipping around in flashy sports cars. Saving money, not so much, but take it from me. Making a million dollars once is nothing special. You are only a legend if you can do it again and again. So after you've pocketed your first million, the real game begins. Can you keep it and more importantly, grow it into a fortune? The best thing you can do is get that money away from you and into investments as soon as possible. That's what I did when I was younger and I made a rule never to sell my long-term stocks. I'm now at the point where these investments make me around 17,000 a week in passive income, which means I can more than live off what my investments generate, and I never have to touch the money I work for. Once I invested my money, I never saw it as mine, and you know what? It lit a fire inside me that you wouldn't believe. Because I constantly believed I was broke, I constantly hustled for more. It's like a boxer who's training in some beaten down old gym. Often, that's the guy who ends up beating the boxer who's got access to the most luxurious training facility. So if you wanna start investing, then firstly, decide how much of your income you are going to invest every month. Don't make it an exact amount, but instead a percentage. As an example, if you invested $250 a month in a low cost index fund and got an average annual return of 10%, then in 40 years you'd have over $1.5 million. Of course, investments can go up and down. However, the S&P 500 index fund has actually given a 10.98% average annual return over the last decade. It doesn't really matter what you choose to invest, just make sure it's an amount you can stay consistent with. One of my son's amusing experiments is shown here. He set his trading 212 app to auto invest five pounds every single day, the price of a Starbucks coffee, and guess what? After about 10 months, he's already made 164 pounds, which is about $200, with an impressive 11.14% return. When he first started using the app, it also provided him with a 12-month value projection, which he was on track to meet in a few months. Since I was planning to talk about Trading 212 anyway, I reached out to them to see if they'd be interested in sponsoring this portion of the video. They agreed, and anyone who creates an account with the code Tilbury will receive a fractional free share worth up to a hundred pounds. In addition, if you invite your friends, both of you will receive a free share as long as they fund their accounts, so you can get even more free stocks. Also, don't worry if you've already opened an account within the last 10 days, you can still use the promo code Tilbury in the app and receive your free share. (upbeat music) This is the biggest thing stopping you becoming rich. You might think you fear failure, however, in reality, you are probably more concerned about how others will judge you if you fail. Because they are so paralyzed by fear, I've spoken with a lot of young people like Jake who have big dreams but are afraid to take a chance and break from the norm. However, the only way to get ahead of everyone else is to take calculated risks. Give it some thought for a moment. You'll get the same results if you do the same thing as the majority of people, right? It's possible that these risks won't pay off every time, but being young gives you a huge advantage: time. This is the most valuable thing you have. If you have this much time, your fear level should be at their least. Look, I am aware that this is not how the real world works. Due to my constant bullying, I once considered quitting my job as a carpenter out of fear.
