Stay For A Spell pt2

The table is set up with cups, a board, some cards, a pint of tin roof sundae, 2 bowls, and 2 spoons. I look up from the table to see Stephanie with a screw, some pliers, and a look of triumph on her face. She sat down on one of the dining room chairs and slid the bottle between her thighs, twisting the screw into the cork and talking about improvising, but all I could do was watch her hands holding a bottle, twisting a screw, calluses that show familiarity with tools. I can’t help but openly stare, thankfully she’s totally focused on the task at hand, I know I have until she gets the cork out of the bottle before I need to look at her face again.
