Keto diet
Introduction The ketogenic diet, or keto diet for short, is a low-carb, high-fat diet that has gained popularity in recent years. This diet is based on the idea that by limiting carbohydrates, the body enters a metabolic state called ketosis, in which it burns fat for fuel instead of glucose. The standard keto diet typically involves limiting carbohydrates to 20-50 grams per day, while increasing fat intake to around 70-75% of daily caloric intake. However, not everyone's nutritional needs and preferences are the same, and a one-size-fits-all approach may not work for everyone. This is where a custom keto diet comes in.
