A Peek Inside
I am on this mission to help those that don’t suffer from depression to get a glimpse inside as well as to remind those that do suffer from depression that they aren’t alone. My husband and quite a few of my friends and family have no context to my moods or behavior as they have never suffered from depression.

It's All in Your Head
For years, I heard, “it’s all in your head,” and “mind over matter,” or even worse, “just get over it.” While there is a grain of truth to that, I am sick of “all in your head” being used as a derogatory term for a real, valid health condition. It is time to break the stigma on mental health issues.
