Threading a needle
It doesn’t take much for my mind to wonder or drift, one thought as I floated weightless in my rocket ship heading towards the moon. Inside my solitude of servitude to my previous job as a humble groundskeeper, one had learnt many ways to preoccupy ones mind to maintain a mindful state while working the lands I was lost to. The constant anthem of that place being “Haikus I must write when ones mind does go a flight keeping thoughts in sight" I would hear chanted like some sort of insufferable advice when one tried to simplify complex he Better consumed. Gardening the would be a cherished memory that one left behind, but too much time there was never good for oneself or well being in the end. There was a certain solace understanding ones own mortality and was a fascinating place that prepared me for the journey I was now embarking on today which brings me to my favorite craft; imaginative storytelling threading a continuous narrative from the perspective of self.

The Escape
As the setting sun fell over another day thoughts of it’s memory began to fill my concentration, reflecting on it’s events as I tore through the atmosphere towards the moon. What started off as an adolescent dream was now a reality as my homemade rocket ship vibrated and ascended me to a weightless state of being. Looking out the window of my shoddily crafted cockpit I reminisced on what I had escaped from mere hours ago.

Born broken by bowling bouncing betty bingo boasting betrayal below bellowed before baptized backwards bout bombardments blocked because billionaire beautiful buddies. Caution casts caused chaos consumption calmly creatures can cartwheel craving cancer calamity celebrating careless confusion communities caroling comfort.

Mindfulness
Our minds are our own prison and heavily influenced by its surroundings and what it digests. This is not a new concept or thought and have been wrote extensively about for 1000s of years. Its a tough process but even Dante and Alice had a tour guide through it so maybe by the end of this all you might pick up a few more friends you never noticed you already had. I propose some unconventional therapy for some unconventional times and maybe in a generation or two we might have a better tomorrow to look forward to.
