Intuitive Design
The term "intuitive design" is popping up a lot recently, so I thought we should spend some time exploring what is and is not "intuitive design." I like to think of the basic stuff. The everyday things that may be overlooked, until of course they don't work, potentially leading to a substandard user experience.

The Rise of MOOC
The ability to learn, anywhere, on multiple devices and at your own pace, isn't that the dream? Well for me anyway! I've been a firm supporter of continuing education ever since I first set foot on a university campus. It didn't stop there though—I believe people who want to invest in themselves, should have options and flexibility. Whether you want to learn the latest in Adobe Creative Suite, or study Forensic Accounting because hey, why not! MOOCs or Massive Open Online Courses are helping us get there.

The (Dis)Loyalty Program
The market is saturated with loyalty programs. We get rewarded for steps, transacting and viewing content... we collect points, digital currency, coupons, even digital badges that are nothing more than bragging rights. Sometimes it’s just the seemingly day to day things that would occur with or without this symbiotic relationship we share with a particular provider.

En(capsule) My Wardrobe!
This was not a new problem in my household. Closets upon closets of clothes. Living in Canada, the problem is exacerbated by the accoutrement that accompany our four season lifestyle. Now multiply that by a work wardrobe, that does not coincide with #momlife or #afterworklife, and one can very quickly accumulate more items than, let's be clear, are humanly necessary for day to day life.
