Does Happiness Exist?

Throughout my whole life I have felt somewhat alone. I thought I was strange and incredibly different from what I assumed was normal. But from the help of social media, I began to feel more included, and as odd as that seems it was true for me and many others I assume. Social media was an escape for me but it brought me more exclusion in the long run. I regret the hours spent endlessly watching videos because I was missing out on real life experiences.
