While there is no specific test to determine whether someone has long COVID, a new study published in the journal Nature used blood tests to find new information about markers The biological signals associated with this series of mysterious conditions are reported by millions of Americans. Researchers used machine learning to help analyze immune markers and hormone levels in 273 adult participants from Mount Sinai University and Yale, and compared those with and without COVID symptoms lasting at least a year after contracting COVID-19.
