Why Cheese and Bedtime is a really bad Combo

Considerable research has been conducted confirming the negative effects of cheese consumption before bedtime. The reasons for these effects are complex, but stem largely from the fact that cheese is high in fat and calories. Too much cheese before bedtime can cause you to feel bloated and sluggish the next day, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. As a result, eating cheese before bedtime is not recommended - unless you're specifically enjoying it!
