This time of year carries a LOT of pressure around becoming a better version of yourself. “Come on babe!” It feels like everyone is chanting in your ear like an annoying song on repeat – break those bad habits, create new ones, do more of this, do less of this, say yes to more but say no to that, think smarter, wake up earlier, change your attitude, exercise more, eat better, swallow the sun, try sundried mushrooms covered with magical adaptogens and sprinkled with holy coconut flakes … now do it all while shitting glitter. Ok, maybe no one is expecting you to shit glitter… but you get the point.
