Tunnel Vision

Damn the day I met you! I started a new job, which I was so excited about. I came in to help setup this new store alongside my manager. After a few hours of being there, it was time to introduce ourselves to the team. I go up to the floor and there you were. Out of all the people sitting in the same area, my vision went straight to you. The light happened to be shining its brightest over your big head. You were wearing a light blue button up and what looked like black chinos and your energy looked amazing. Now as I looked at you, in my head I said, "Wow he is cute!!! Ugh but you have a boyfriend, you have a boyfriend!" I had to shake my head and keep it moving. When it was time for you to introduce yourself you mention that your birthday's coming up and you're going to propose to your girlfriend that day, thats when it was a definite no no, "Girl! keep it moving." After this we took a group photo and i stood next to him, not on purpose just to get out of the way, and he says, "You wanna see the picture?" I say "of course" and he proceeds with, "I can send it to you, whats your number?" Now this was all done innocently as O let the thought of his appearance go. I went on to text my boyfriend and let him know about my day and went home.
