Writing Prompt I found
In the heart of the ancient forest, where the trees whispered secrets to those who could listen, a great dragon settled into its new lair. With scales that shimmered like molten gold and eyes that blazed with the wisdom of centuries, the dragon was a creature of both terror and beauty. The forest had been silent for many years, but the arrival of the dragon stirred something deep within its roots.

Valoria
When Thalos and Seraphina arrive at the Plains Tribe village, the atmosphere shifts dramatically. The once serene plains now feel tense, the usual warmth of his home replaced by suspicious glances and murmurs as the villagers notice Seraphina by Thalos's side. The Plains Tribe, known for its caution and deep-rooted traditions, isn’t accustomed to outsiders, especially from the Tundra Tribe, whose reputation for fierceness precedes them. As they walk through the village, the deer whisper among themselves, their eyes darting between Thalos and Seraphina, their distrust palpable. Thalos, usually confident in his surroundings, feels the weight of their judgment and the pressure of having brought an outsider into their midst.

Valoria
As the echoes of Aeloria’s speech faded into the cool evening air, Thalos felt a tap on his shoulder. A young doe from his tribe handed him a scroll sealed with the Plains Tribe's mark. Unfurling it, he quickly scanned the contents, his brow furrowing. The message was urgent—he was needed back home to assist with an important matter involving the tribe’s ancient records and the selection of a new council member. Thalos sighed, the weight of duty pressing on him. Just as he was about to excuse himself from the gathering, Seraphina appeared at his side, her keen eyes noticing the scroll. “Leaving so soon, bookworm?” she teased, though there was genuine curiosity in her tone. Thalos explained his predicament, the conflict evident in his voice. Seraphina listened, then smirked, her usual confidence shining through. “Tell you what,” she said, “how about a detour through the tundra? It’ll give you a fresh perspective—and maybe even an edge—before you head back.”

When the commoners fight back. Content Warning.
The snarl I made was feral as I pounced on the weakened sheriff, knocking him flat on his back, my dagger poised on his chest, right above his heart. "You know that saying... An eye for an eye?" My lips turned up into a sneer, "Well, what about a heart for a heart~" The sheriff's eyes widened and he winced as I pushed on the blade harder. "I didn't hit his heart though!!" He pleaded, trying to move his stunned arms and legs. I leaned in dangerously close, my canines glinted in the thin rays of light seeping through his window, and my voice was low, hate-filled. "No... but you sure as hell destroyed mine-" I pushed my dagger into his skin, his screams could be heard for miles as I sliced through him, down and around, one bump, two bumps, curving upwards and around till it connected with the other side. His clothes turned a deep, dark crimson as his blood poured out. I dropped my dagger and dug my fingers into the deep incision I made, pulling the entire chunk off in one pull, earning another set of pain-filled shrieks from the stocky man. I looked down at the wide-open hole in his chest, eyeing the lovely, beating, bloody heart. I turned my focus to the ribcage that kept me from my prize, I reached in, gripping each rib with such delicacy, before snapping them off, one by one, and tossing them to the side. His screams were deafening as my hand slid into his chest, wrapping around the still-beating heart, and with one swift movement..... The heart was in my hands, and the sheriff lay still, blood pooled in his mouth and spilled over the side. I stared at him for a long while before snarling again, "A heart for a heart~"

When the commoners fight back. Content Warning.
We had just reached the top of the hill when I turned around and shouted to Henry to hurry up. He had just jumped over the low boundary wall, his arm outstretched, and was running towards me and Jully. He was so close, just a little further and we could hold hands again. Suddenly, there was a loud bang, and everything went still. Jully screamed something behind me, but I couldn't make out what she was saying. I looked at Henry, and he looked back at me with eyes full of love, sadness, and pain. My eyes didn't follow his body as it fell, instead, they stayed put and locked with the most hated man, my eyes met the cold, dark, golden eyes of Sherrif Goodard. As I watched him load another bullet and roll it into the chamber, everything seemed to be in slow motion. I could hear the clink of the metal as it clicked into place. I didn't move, I couldn't really, because I was numb. I just glared down at the Sheriff, ready to accept my fate and hopefully join Henry in the skies. I didn't flinch as the gun was raised and aimed at my chest. The bang came again, and the bullet whizzed past me. But it didn't hit me. Jully had yanked me by the arm off the hill and pulled me forward as she ran into the woods beyond. I could still hear the marching of footsteps and clamor of voices as they pursued us, but they were too slow in their chunky, iron armor. Jully led me down an old path into the trees, but I didn't know where we were going. All I could think about was the image of Henry's face just before he fell and the little words he whispered. They sent my whole world spinning and crashing and healing, and I was a mess. Finally, we reached a large hole in a tree, and Jully pushed me inside before ducking under a bunch of vines. We were both safely hidden. The silence was worse than all the chaotic noise. My chest heaved as tears stung in my eyes, and my throat bobbed to keep from crying out. His bright eyes stared at mine, and his mouth moved, over and over in my head, listening to those words repeatedly. "I love you, little star."

A Random Story Clip. Content Warning.
"Stop! You can't!! He didn't do it!! Let me go!" She struggles against her best friend's grip as he holds her arms behind her back. Her voice laced with fear and anger as tears drip from her chin to the ground, soaking the ground beneath them. Her lover is only a few feet in front of her on a platform, down on his knees with a sword pointed at his head. He doesn't fight, he doesn't run, he just sits there, accepting his fate. She tries desperately to scream the words that would save her lover from execution, but they don't come. They can't come, they are trapped in her throat, held by a spell he had placed on her, right before they dragged him away to the platform. He knows what really happened, and he knows what they would do to her if they knew she was the one who did it. He knew they would blame him, I mean, who wouldn't blame him, son of the high dragon, hated and feared by all. Her voice screeching across the field makes him close his eyes. He knows she will hate him forever for forcing her to let him take the fall, but at least she'll be alive. She beats, kicks, screams, bites, anything to try and escape her best friend's grip. She just about kneed him in the chest when she saw the glint of the sword being raised. "NO!!" The sword flies forward, embedding itself into his chest. Her screams and cries break the hearts of everyone present, including him, causing him to gasp and sob as blood pours out of his wound, a puddle forming around him. He takes a couple choking sobs before slumping down to the platform floor, staring with blank, empty eyes. She's finally released and runs to his side, kneeling next to him, she pulls his lifeless head into her lap and sobs into him. With his death, his spells die as well and she whispers to herself, "It was me- It was me-" over and over. Her best friend slowly walks up to her, listening intently as she mutters. His voice trembles slightly as he asks, "What are you saying..." She holds his body tighter before glaring with as much hatred as possible, she screams at them the three little words that would have saved him... "IT WAS ME!!" The entire field goes silent.
