Another snow emergency declared for Norfolk

Norfolk is facing another round of snow trouble as a new snow emergency has been declared, just a day after the last one was called off. The City of Norfolk has announced that the snow emergency will start at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday and will continue until further notice.
