Maintaining your sense of self
Wake Up. Drink water. Journal. Do some Yoga. Repeat (the next day). That is how I choose to start my mornings ever since this forsaken new way of life happend. I personally chose to be ignorant to the news and anything regarding the current state of the world becuase it has left me feeling more hyper-aware and anxious than normal. So far it has been working for me.
