Awake
Travis woke up. He lifted his torso up and instantly felt the chill of winter upon him. He found himself in the midst of a snow covered countryside. Questions with a mix of shock began to flood his mind. How did he get there? Where exactly is here? He looked all around his position and saw a structure that he could not readily make out in the distance. He picked himself up and knocked the snow off of himself.

The Chief/Prof. X Philadelphia, PA It was his turn. Dr. Niles Caulder sat somewhat slump in his wheelchair and stared at the chess board before him. The game was the same as before. It was Niles against himself. Pawns fell before knights in a dance that did not hold much flavor for him. He sat there brooding as the warm spring sun warmed his face.

Blue Skies
Ian looked up at the sky and wondered anything and everything that crossed his mind. His mind was a buzz with questions and possibilities that seemed so far away. He laid back on the gravel road and just stared at the cloudy sky. As long as he could remember the clouds were usually thick and billowy with various shades of gray. Today there were signs of breaks and they appeared thinner in spots. Then he saw it. The briefest of moments it was there. Blue sky. His eyes widened and he barely noticed his mouth dropped as he stared at the blue in a sea of gray.
