What is Spirituality? Spirituality is a difficult concept to define, but most people agree that it's something more than just religion. Religion is often thought of as an organized system of beliefs or practices related to God or gods. Spirituality, on the other hand, is often defined as an individual's search for meaning in life and/or connection with something greater than ourselves (such as nature).
