The Life of a Real Ghost Hunter
In my late teens, I had a deeply rooted interest and obsession with the supernatural and everything to do with witchcraft. I had always been curious about (and perhaps obsessed with) magic in all forms, and part of that interest included the possibility that ghosts exist.

A Clean Glass, Please
I've known for years that she had an obsession with being clean. Antibacterial wipes, hand sanitizer, and safety were her three main priorities in life, but she had a lot of other amazing aspects about her that I couldn't help but find myself lost in. I was forever enchanted by the natural light that glowed around her when she walked into a room. She had a heart of gold and the soul of an adventurer. Truthfully, I'd been in love with her for as many years as I'd known about her cleanliness fixation that conflicted with the tomboy who loved to ride a quad through fresh mud, but I'd never had the courage to say a word. Instead, I just wanted to be her best friend, and hoped that I could keep her as safe as possible in that regard.

I Used to Be a Unicorn
Swinging lifestyles aren’t for the faint of heart. For secure couples who have a flair for a more colorful approach to sexual health, swinging can be a bonding experience on a level that many couples may never experience. That is not to say that couples who don’t swing don’t experience the peak of their sexual lives together. However, swingers tend to live a more complex sex life and I’ve found that complexity appealing for someone who enjoys exploring lifestyles that challenge you to turn your back on tradition and embrace a free-spirited approach to living your best orgasms.

Artful Purchases
Social media undoubtedly influences a lot of our choices in day-to-day lives, from small advertisements about cleaning products we choose to the strange mind reading ads for products we've only ever thought about. Ever since the pandemic began, social media has influenced our purchases even more now that we have more time to spend on the internet, and the advertisements from big name companies and brands dominate the majority of spending encouragements. However, the unsung advertisements with unusual little artistic designs from independent artists are the ones that caught my eye the most.

Magic and Youth
Almost everyone is a fan of Harry Potter. I, myself, have a passion for the entire franchise that has run inside me deeply for most of my life. I have an entirely Harry Potter themed kitchen so I can be surrounded by my favorite things while I magically create large feasts for our family of six. We have one child in each Hogwarts House, which creates point competitions among the students.

Cognitively Delayed Children
There are a lot of unsung benefits to being the parent of a child who has cognitive delays. Being autistic is a factor, of course, as well as her speech delays; all of them combined play an integral role as to how I raise her as a human being that exits my own rules and enters her world of comfort.

Unusual Love, Actually
Love Actually is one of my favorite love movies of all time, and I am not the sort of person who enjoys romantic films. Released in 2003, the complexity of the movie's several overlapping stories of love captivated audiences worldwide. Nearly everyone who liked this movie found a love plot comparable to something they've experienced which made the movie relatable, as opposed to romance films that lead into the perfect happy ending with the perfect story to get them there. It also helped to have an enormous cast of several well-known actors, such as Liam Neeson, Emma Thompson, Alan Rickman, Keira Knightly, and Hugh Grant.

Poverty Oddities
For years, one of my greatest concerns has been that children who are similar to who I’ve always been would never find a place they could think of as their true home. I had to grow and learn the hard way, surrounded by those who would have me burned for my gifts, and for years I took the public abuse and humiliation in the hopes that it would compensate for my unique abilities. Everyone, no matter who you are or what qualities identify you as a human being, deserves the chance to feel like they have a family.

The Least Boring Things I've Ever Done
You read stories often about paying it forward and performing acts of kindness in the world. There are a lot of similar stories, articles, tweets, posts, comments, etc. that tell the same moral over and over: pass along kindness, and it will be returned to you.
