The Unseen Burden
One Day in My Basic Training Orderly Room Taught Me More About Leadership than I Would Ever Learn in Class. The story I'm about to tell didn't happen to me directly. I was merely a witness, like a fly on the wall. That is to say, I saw it firsthand but wasn't the focus. Also, I won't include names and will change a couple of key facts to protect the privacy of those involved.
