Winter Storm
Diana falls into the heavy door of her dilapidated cabin. She kicks the ice off the edges and shoves her whole body into the door, this time on purpose, to get it open. Her eyes were blurred from the blinding white of the snow, and the swelling from the blows she took to the face just minutes earlier. She felt a pain in her leg and figured she should probably patch that up before taking off to a new town.

Lilac and Daniel
She was sobbing, tearing through the forest. Her blue gown flowing behind her. Her dark curls whipped in the wind as she plunged through the trees. Gasping, crying, terrified and in pain, she pressed on. The chaos behind her shrunk in the distance, yet she knew she couldn’t have stayed to help. Daniel, her love, is dying.
