How Han Solo's Paranoia Saved The Heroes In 'A New Hope'
"Traveling through hyperspace ain't like dusting crops, farm boy!" -Han Solo (A New Hope) Star Wars: Episode IV - A New Hope, the one that started it all, had several points in its story where, had things gone differently, the adventure could have ended disastrously for our heroes. Arguably, all the Star Wars movies had these kinds of moments, but the stakes somehow seem at their highest in A New Hope, when the Empire could have dealt a fatal blow to the nascent Rebel Alliance, ending the hope of freedom in the galaxy, at least within the short term.

Check Out This Deleted Boba Fett Scene From ‘Mandalorian’ Season 2
Every fan loves behind-the-scenes, bloopers, and deleted scenes from their favorite movies and shows. Disney and Lucasfilm know this very well, and recently released a new shot from a scene that was intended to be in The Mandalorian depicting a meeting between certain two characters. A Disney Gallery episode recently showcased the return of Luke Skywalker from the end of season 2 of Mandalorian, which in turn jump-started more conversation involving Book of Boba Fett and some characters that will be in that show. Of course, we do not know much since Lucasfilm and Disney are notoriously staying silent on the particulars. With the series’ scheduled release date of December 2021 coming up very soon, hopefully we will see more promotional material, or perhaps some teaser trailers some time this October or November at the latest.

'The Rise Of Skywalker' Concept Art Shows Lighter Version Of Dark Rey
When Lucasfilm/Disney released the so called ”D23 Special Look” at the then upcoming film The Rise of Skywalker, the trailer ended with a sinister looking Rey, holding an U-shaped red lightsaber, which then expanded into a double bladed sword, similar to that of Darth Maul in Episode I.

KOTOR Remake Will Be A PS5 Exclusive At Launch
Are you still on the fence about buying the PS5? Perhaps you are currently on the hunt for one, constantly stalking retail sites for when the restock happens. The news that came out during Sony’s Playstation Showcase will probably renew your effort. We already know that Aspyr, the company responsible for bringing past Star Wars titles like Republic Commando, Jedi Knight II: Jedi Outcast, and Jedi Knight: Jedi Academy to modern consoles, will be in charge of remaking the immensely popular Knights of the Old Republic (KOTOR). Along with releasing the trailer featuring Darth Revan in high definition, Playstation also announced that Knights of the Old Republic Remake will be a Playstation 5 console exclusive at launch alongside a PC release. The game may be released to other consoles at a later date. This is a little ironic given that the original Knights of the Old Republic was an Xbox exclusive back when it was first released in 2003.

Should The Clone Commandos Be Training The Stormtroopers?
Star Wars: The Bad Batch recently tied up the loose ends on what happened to the Clone Army following Order 66. Recently, the series brought an end to the era of the clones in the galaxy with the destruction of a key Star Wars location in "Return to Kamino" and "Escape from Kamino." The new animated series has been largely focused on the transition of power between the fallen Republic and the newly risen Empire, and a big part of that has been the shift from clone troopers to the first Imperial stormtroopers.

The Most Underrated Clones In 'Star Wars: The Clone Wars'
The Clone Wars successfully fulfilled George Lucas' vision for the clone troopers, transforming them from obedient, organic droids into soldiers with unique motivations and personality, striving for a common goal. Each clone exhibits their own traits and strengths that make them invaluable to the Grand Army of the Republic and favorites in the eyes of fans. Rex, Gregor, Cody, the Bad Batch, Fives, and many others are all common characters when discussing some of the best Star Wars storytelling. However, there are several clones who are not as highly ranked by most people. These troopers still valiantly served the Republic and often played key roles in The Clone Wars arcs and the dangerous campaigns of the in-universe Clone Wars. Here we will be examining three of these lesser known, yet still invaluable, warriors of the Republic.

'Star Wars' Canon vs. Legends: Han Solo
Han Solo is the favorite of many fans in the Star Wars universe. And after the original Star Wars trilogy, it makes sense that the many Star Wars fans wanted to see more of him, to see both where he came from and what happened to him. Over the years, many stories about Han have come out, but with the Disney purchase of Lucasfilm, the old canon literature was exiled into “Legends.” And subsequently, we have seen the Solo film come out to shore up the canon material where Han came from. But there are still some great Han stories in Legends, which have some great similarities and vast differences, from Han in canon.

LEGO Star Wars is essentially a franchise on its own. Starting off just as fun toys to play with, it branched out into video games and animated content over the decades. Sometimes we have gotten shorts, and sometimes we have gotten ongoing series. We have even gotten a holiday special, and we are about to get another one of those very soon, though it will be a bit different from the one that came out last year.

How The High Republic Jedi Handled Older Force-Sensitive Students
It is no secret that Force-sensitive children are eligible to undertake training to become Jedi only if it begins at a very young age, something which was highlighted in The Phantom Menace when Qui-Gon Jinn presented Anakin Skywalker to the Jedi Council as having immense potential. Despite Anakin eventually becoming an exception, the general rule was a strict one in the Galactic Republic era. However, in the age of the High Republic, the Jedi used to take an alternative approach towards such children. This topic was a central theme in Issues 1-5 of Star Wars: The High Republic Adventures, opening up the discussion of whether the Anakin's training predicament would have changed should his situation be normalized as in the High Republic.

Remembering When Carrie Fisher Brutally Roasted George Lucas
When the tragic passing of the much beloved Carrie Fisher was announced back in December 2016, the entire world went into mourning. Although she was best known for her role as Princess Leia in Star Wars, she was also a wonderful human being who was always up for a laugh and didn't take life too seriously, brightening up every room she entered. I remember the moment my phone gave me the notification of the news and feeling completely sad even though I obviously didn't know her personally. That's the effect she had on her fans.
