Day 3 Evening
I hurried home. Unlocking the door, I walked inside and found she was not at the couch. My smile faded, and panic started to rise. I wondered where she could be. I went from the living room straight into my room, and let out a sigh in relief. She was in bed, sleeping. She was still in the clothes that I dressed her in when she was first booted up. I wondered about what kinds of clothes she would like.

Day 3 Morning
I kept going back and forth in my mind, should I call it it, or should I call it her? I did build her to be in a relationship with me. I suppose I will call it, her. She did not sleep through the night, she was on a low power state. Even though she booted up, there were still a lot of updates that needed to happen so that the software was safe. Parts are cheap, very true, though that does not mean I want to keep buying new parts because of a malfunction. So I would rather her spend time downloading everything she needs to run properly.

Day 2
Its eyes opened and the iris was glowing, bright mechanical blue. A moment passes and the glow started to blink over and over. I smiled as I let out a sigh in relief, this was a good sign. I sat down and waited for the initial boot to complete, and for it to finally wake up.

Day 1
It was late, and I did not need the clock to tell me that. My earphones played the song I was hooked on in a loop. It had been a few hours and I was getting the itch to switch to something different as it felt more like one long never ending song, as opposed to a song on a loop. It took me hours, but I finally figured out that it was a hardware problem and not a software problem. In hindsight all those early hours troubleshooting programs was worth it just to be sure, though that did not help make me feel better. At this point I made a list of all the components that I needed to change, took a shower, and went to bed.
