The Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) is a diploma program provided by several institutes that have been approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) and are self-contained, meaning they are not connected with any university. The PGDM Course, on the other hand, becomes equal to an MBA degree if a university is approved by the Association of Indian Universities (AIU).
