to know when to shut up and when to speak
Isn’t it frdutrating when someone jabs an unnecessary comment towards or about you, and you have to breifly decide if it’s worth stirring up your peace over? Sometimes ignoring them, though we’re told it’s the best thing we can do, only gets them more mad and makes them throw a couple more punches your way. Here’s the solution: let them. The angrier they get, the more it becomes their problem. The less of a problem you are, the more they will just stop.
